Access History provides administrative users the ability to see what other system users have viewed an encounter. This can help identify unexpected changes while triaging charges.
Report Information
| Column Name | Definition |
| Source | Source of the user's access: mobile or web |
| User | User who accessed the object |
| Access Time | Date and time of access |
| Object Type | Typically a patient encounter |
| Detail | Typically the patient's name of the encounter accessed |
There are two methods to view access history:
- Group-wide access history. This will show recent user access across the current group.
- Menu > Administration > Access History
- Encounter Access History. This will show encounter-specific access history within the current group.
- Select an encounter, select the Binoculars icon
